Lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) is the main raw material for manufacturing lithium-ion battery electrolytes. Due to its good ion conductivity and electrochemical stability, it is currently the most commonly used electrolyte lithium salt, mainly used in lithium-ion energy storage batteries and other daily batteries. Lithium hexafluorophosphate has poor thermal stability and is prone to react with water. Generally, it is prepared in anhydrous solvents, such as anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. Accidents caused by incomplete operation are not uncommon every year. Our independently developed anhydrous hydrogen fluoride moisture detection and automatic sampling system integrates automatic sampling and online moisture detection without water. The product is safe and environmentally friendly, and can be operated in a separate manner, providing great protection for personnel safety.
